The main concept was to design a modern building with a simple, rhythmic facade that blends naturally with the surroundings.

Large windows, rich brown ceramic tiles, and spacious green terraces

all contribute to creating a cohesive design. The focal point of the building is the entrance portal, finished with large brass plates.

The building houses a variety of spaces, including restaurants, shops, office areas, and apartments.

Vertical zoning ensures the functional efficiency of the building.
