The upper levels house guest rooms of various typologies, many of which extend into private terraces, enhancing the spatial connection with the environment.

The material palette reinforces the site's context: the entrance zone is clad in rough-hewn natural stone, creating a visual continuity with the adjacent rock formations.

Despite the site's compact footprint, the master plan integrates a functional arrival zone, outdoor terraces, and a landscaped courtyard featuring a fire pit as a focal point.

The landscape strategy employs native perennials and ornamental grasses, ensuring a seamless transition between architecture and nature while emphasizing seasonality and ecological sensitivity.
